This includes matching, vetting, safeguarding, DBS and reference checking, help to create a Self Directed Support Plan, preparing the tailored Homeshare Agreement, linking you to other community initiatives to ensure you have the support you need, 7 days per week responsive support and ensuring Homeshare will be available to you and others, for years to come.
