We do all we can to make the perfect match, and there is no commitment to go ahead after an introduction is made. We are here to provide support if something goes wrong. We can help communicate expectations or concerns and get the relationship back on track. However, sometimes things just don’t work out. Don’t worry, you are free to end the agreement without any financial penalties. In such a case we will work with you to find a new match. In exceptional cases this may mean that the Homesharer needs temporary accommodation as a new match is found – we will be on hand to find this through our existing network and will ensure the transition is as smooth as possible.
